General Loot Rules

LOOT POLICY

We are a straight, real time dkp guild.  Raid dumps are taken at the start, end and various points during the raid, parsed and displayed on the roster.  Bidding is open and done in /gu (noobert, stay out of guild chat during loot).

Bidding and Loot

1. Your main may win one item of more than 10 points.  (This means that if you have bid and won an initial loot for 10 dkp or less, you may bid again.)

2. Your alt may win one item of more than 10 points.

3. If you are frozen or under 50% RA you wait for no restrictions to bid, and are then held to the above guidelines.

4. If you win an unrestricted item and have less than 50 percent one-month RA without approval from an officer you will be charged an additional 25 percent of what the item cost and NO LESS than 10 points.

5. You may bid if you have 50 percent one-month attendance.

6. You must have been present at the point of ENGAGE to bid. Not a minute after. From 100 percent. Linkdeath does not disqualify you from bidding.

7. I reserve the right to set the point value for any item at a reasonable level.

8. If an item is rolled on, such as runes, you will not roll until the roll is called. ANY ROLL that comes before the call to roll or AFTER the call to loot doesnt count. It is YOUR responsibility to not afk for rolls and to listen to the call to roll. Priority for runes will be members with over 50% RA and you may win ONE rune per raid, unless unrestricted.


Bidding progresses as follows:

Tier 1: If you have 50 percent RA and have not already won an item on your main for more than 10 dkp, you may bid all your points as you wish.

Tier 2: Unrestricted. You have already won an item for more than 10 dkp, are under 50 percent RA, or frozen. Once the raid leader calls unrestricted you may bid as you wish.

Tier 3: Unrestricted, can go negative. You may bid more points than you have if the raid leader gets to this stage and calls 'can go negative' regardless of your RA or freeze status. If two or more people are attempting to bid when they will both go negative, the item will be awarded to the person with the most DKP between them.

The above three tiers are then repeated for Apps and then Alts. We have a specific alt-loot policy, but you should be bored to death by now and you're not  here for your alts, are you?  Finally, I reserve the right to NOT let alts bid if I am pressed for time or any other reason that might arise.
